Real Estate CadastreThere is a plan for establishment of unique real estate cadastre for the whole territory of Rebublic of Serbia in wich people can find all relevant data. Purpose is to break with the practice of keeping separate data in courts, land register and service of lan cadastre. Unique real estate cadastre is implemented as a computerized database and allow citizens and authorities quick access to all data on real estate. Real Estate Cadastre is contemporary, unique, efficient, high quality, reliable, economical and public record on real estate and rights in them. Real estate for which the registration is done in the real estate cadastre are: land, buildings, special parts of buildings (housing and business premises) and other buildings with actual land rights and limitations. |

Municipality Zvezdara The goal of the project is development of real estate cadastre and registration of land rights on their territory for municipality Zvezdara, as one of the central municipalities of the Belgrade. Municipality covers an area of 3064 hectares, of which urban area occupies an area of 726 acres. Zvezdara municipality devided in cadastral municipalities: Zvezdara, Veliki Mokri Lug, Mali Mokri Lug and Mirijevo. The goal of the project is development of real estate cadastre and registration of land rights on their territory for municipality Palilula. Municipality Palilula is the largest municipality of the City of Belgrade - extends the area of 44,661 hectares, of which urban area occupies 4536 ha. It is located in the north of the capital city of Serbia. It belongs to the central city municipalities of the City of Belgrade, and borders with the municipalities Zvezdara, Centar, Stari grad, Zemun and Grocka. At the external borders of Belgrade, bordering with the municipalities of Stara Pazova, Zrenjanin, Pancevo and Opovo. By the last census from 2002. there are 155,902 inhabitants living in municipality, which ranks fourth among 17 Belgrade municipalities. The project was funded by the World Bank and the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
