Establishment of Cadastre for
Municipalities Zvezdara and Palilula

Establishment of Cadastre for Real Estate Cadastre for Belgrade Municipalities Zvezdara and Palilula is one of many important project
of Evrogeomatika.

Project is supported by World Bank and goverment Republic of Serbia. Its goal is to generate a single real estate cadastre for whole teritory of Serbia. Centralised cadastre will ensure legal security and economic prospect od real estate market.

Parts of project are:

- Initial digitalization of analog cadastre data.
- Forming of join commissions for correction of data in cooperation
  with local authorities.
- Nationalized and expropriated real state will be administratively
  regulated after passing of the appropriate restitution law.

What is new ?

eEnviPer

Another international project Evrogeomatika Ltd is working on is eEnviPer. Together with partners from Greece, Turkey, Croatia, Italy and Belgium, Evrogeomatika is developing an e-government system for issuing of environmental permits.
